    Login Failed

If Zenfire is hunky dorry now, then I guess I have a problem. I have repaired DB, and Deleted and Remade connection. Below is the error message from Trace File. Should I just assume that this is an ISP problem as everything was working on Friday.

6.5.1000.18. Amp. Zenfire. Windows Vista. Directory excludes in AVG. Firewall permission and separate Port permissions.

    20051 Login Failed
    and later
ERROR: AMP: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.(LoginFailed)

    Log says this

I can not upgrade to NT7, will not work with my connection, has not since september 2010.

However the fact that I am writing this shows that I have an internet connection, also software was able to verify license at primary server, so I wonder what the error message means?

This might be of interest. Just a second before the login Failed window appears, the attached picture is from TCPView which shows that a connection has been made and data is being received.

    Hi dee50,

    Thank you for your post.

To verify your connection, and further test on our end can you please reference this thread and then send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

That message typically indicates an issue with the username and password in addition to the connection and since the connection is fine we can test the connection to determine the best next step.
