    End Date Not Resetting to today

    I am running NT 7 ....3 the latest one on Windows 7. using Kinetick live.

    Many of my charts are not reflecting the curent date as the end date. I have to go in and manually change the end date every day arg.....

    Can you advise why this is happening?

    Also, just an fyi drwaing horizontal lines that dont show price labels is silly. The entire point of drawing a horizontal line is to see a price level. Can't believe you guys dont have that. Ask any "real" trader what the point of a horizontal line on a chart is and they will tell you so i can see the level (exactly).

    Don't say you will suggest to development that is a black hole....

    Thank you for the report. We have identified a couple scenarios where charts do not roll forward and corrected them. To track down what is happening in your case, we will need a reproducible scenario we can present to development.

    Can you please let us know a bit about your usage:
    Do you leave NinjaTrader running overnight?
    Which instruments are you charting?
    What chart interval?
    What session template is applied?
    What time zone is your computer set to?
    Do you run market replay?
    How many workspaces do you have open?
    Is the problem seen for active / inactive workspaces?
    Do you have any other data connections besides Kinetick?

        Thank you. Can you please send your workspace using Help > Mail to support feature. In subject write Attn: RyanM, make sure workspace item is checked.

        I will attempt to reproduce using your workspace. You notice the issue as you check NinjaTrader in morning after letting it run overnight?

          Unfortunately I could not reproduce this issue. All the current charts rolled forward to the next day. You had a couple charts that were not set to 3 / 1, - it's not expected to see those advance to the next day. We will need a reproducible scenario to track this down, so any more details on your usage will be helpful. If you can take before /after screenshot of the charts with issue, it will hopefully provide some more details.
