      I've also been having issues with zen-fire this morning on a live account. The data stops and then I get a sudden burst, and this has repeated all morning.

        I'm trading on Live account.
        Today the delay was about 2-3 Minutes ( needs a deep pocket..if you trade Futures )

            anyone have contacted mirusfutures assitance?? I'm in remote desktop for 3 hours, but did not solve anything....Ninjatrader have remote desktop assistance???
            today delay of more than 12 minute....and thi is faster datafeed in the world??

              Thanks, next round of questions:

              - Where are you physically located
              - What version of NT are you running

              I ask these questions to try and triangualte on what the source of the issue may be.

                  ok, I have 3 machine, 1 with liveaccount data (delayed) with direct license, I'm valuating to purchasing it, and other 2 machine with zenfire demo (syncronized).
                  I am in Italy and now I'm runnign 7.0.1000.2 but friday I have tried to put sp1 with n7 beta2...I suppose this was the start of issue....

                        To clarify:

                        - You have 3 machines
                        - 2 machines connecting to demo accounts are both in sync with each other and not delayed
                        - 1 machine connecting to live account is delayed

                        Are all three machines connecting through the same internet connection/provider?
                        On the delayed machine, can you reduce the workspace to only a single T&S window then..
                        Disconnect, reconnect will it still be delayed?

                          yes, Zenfire Data
                          but I have to correct: not Global Futures, I'm trading MIRUS Futures (my mistake)

                                yes Ray, all 3 machine are connected with the same internet line...yes I have already done to leave only T&S on workspace, but problem remains...
                                If I disconnect and reconnect zenfire connection the delay not remain at the start, but after a minute or hours it come back...sorry again for my english..
