    Hello,

    No need to recreate the connection if there is no issues. You could always do so if you where ever in doubt though. This is simply the first step in troubleshooting.

    Guys. Those that we have called and those that have posted, are we having issues this morning with this?

            Okay Ray, when the freezes occur I can grab a window in Ninja and move it. The CPU reading in the Task Manager stays at 1 or 2 like it usually is. When the data starts bursting in again the CPU reading on the Task Manager jumps up to 16-20 until it catches up and I can't grab a window and move it around. I didn't see this issue when I used 7.xxx.2, but only since I've gone to 7.xxx.3 and i only upgraded due to a Ninja message I got concerning Windows 7 SP1. I don't have SP1 yet so do you recommend that I go back to 7.xxx.2?

            Here's something I noticed when I went back - the Zen-Fire connection is now orange rather than green but this doesn't seem to have affected the issue at all, as it remains the same whether green or orange except that the CPU reading seems to be staying at around 9-10 now.

              restarted, delay on start near ok, after 4 Minutes now 2-3 seconds behind. Also if I compare data with other user (Traderoom) ...and Data not complete.

                Ray, I don't think CPU Power causes this Problem. My PC = 4 Quad CPU, 2 Grafik Cards, 4MB MSU. Task Manger CPU usage readings < 4% (most 1-2)

                        - established new connection to Kinetick for Test at 09:28 / EST according to Mail with Brett
                        - no delay.
                        (but have to say: on previos connection on Zenfire since last Status was also no delay)

                          Satus:
                          running parallel on 1 PC with Kinetik connection.
                          2nd PC with Ninja - Zenfire and comparing T&S Window.
                          There is definitly a diffrence: Zenfire Data behind...sometimes 2-5 seconds ( lagging increase on havy volume) on light volume Data = syncron.

                            Sorry if I asked already, you are using 7.0.1000.2? If yes, please go to Tools > Account Connections, edit your Zen-Fire problem connection, go to user/pass screen. There is a check box, something like "Beta 3.XX API", is this checked?
