delayed zenfire data

added: 10:49 new delay now = 13 seconds

Okay, I had no data problems this morning using the new config file and Zen-Fire2 connection until about 20-25 minutes ago and now I'm having the same issue where data stops completely and then bursts in all at once.

I don't know if this is relevant but I am using 7.xxx.3 and discovered on Saturday that on Wednesday evening Windows7 SP1 was automatically updated on my laptop but the update was corrupt. My data problems started on Thursday. Over the weekend I uninstalled SP1 and reinstalled it successfully.

I noticed in the Log panel the connection feed become unstable after open....many times Log report connection lost...you also?

Hello,

We are working with Zenfire to understand what may be going on.

I have no update to provide currently at this time. Patching the config file to a new server location does not seem to be resolving the issue for some users at this time so we are no longer doing this and waiting for further information and next steps on this issue.

I will update this thread when I have news to report.

There is no resolution to the issue at this time or no patch that will resolve the issue currently.

Please hang tight we have this as high priority and working closely with the zenfire team for as fast as possible resolution to the issue.

Trading futures with delayed data equals to Killing account, I am using mirusfutures with Zenfire,

yes, with this data ... Futures trading for me stopped.

Brett, on your troubleshooting, keep also in mind...the delay startet on 1st of March,
hhmm...is this only a fortunate coincidence ?
