NG feed not working

I can't get NG data to populate live charts.
Backfill using Kinetick is OK.
NG-04

I'm using Kinetick (primary) and IB as my data providers
Kinetick subscrip is the bundle
IB TWS is 914.8
NT 7.0.1000.2

IB Tws shows live NG quotes

Chip,

When i run kinetick ONLY, it does not give me live data for NG-04, so that is a problem.
It does give me backfilled data.

When i run TWS 9.11, i do not get NG live data, even though TWS 9.11 showing data.

Both problems need to be resolved.

For the real-time data issue with Kinetick & NG, please confirm that you instrument settings match the screenshots provided. Also make sure you are using a session template that will allow you to see data updates – e.g. ‘default 24/7’

With regard to the TWS, please confirm that Interactive Brokers has authorized you for access to this data. If so, are there any errors showing up in the Log tab? (This is the right-most tab in the NinjaTrader Control Center). Do you get any error pop-ups when hitting up this instrument? Does this TWS issue take place with any other instruments (other than NG)?

In NT,
I was using metals/energy ETH, and switched to 24/7 but no difference.
Data does not even populate control center orders, when i select NG 04-11

Can u pls post the screen shots? or send me the link?

IB does allow me access to the data, i can see the quotes on NG on the TWS screen.
Nothing in the log tab suggests any problems
Not seeing the problem with other instruments, but have not experimented with many.
GC ok, CL ok, NG-not

I changed "do not merge" to global merge.
everything else looks ok.
restarted NT

Still no live data for NG-04
connected to kinetick first, then IB

edit: then i disconn Kinetick
and NG getting quotes (from IB)

I recon Kinetick, and discon IB, and no NG data

so looks to be a kinetick issue

After speaking with Kinetick Support, I have updated the symbol mapping screenshot. For NG & Kinetick, you will want to use QNG.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.
