is it safe to use 64-bit Zenfire connection?

When I first installed NT 7, it gave me a warning saying there were issues with the 64-bit zenfire connection. I want to migrate to NT 7 64 bit because my CPU utilization on Windows 7 64-bit is too high, most likely because of 32-bit emulation. When I was running NT on XP, CPU was low, but now I find that it's close to 100%.

But in order to do this, I need to use the 64-bit adapters. Is it safe to do so now?

If not, is there a page that details the issues?

    thanks,

    Steve

    Hello stevent,

    Thank you for your post.

The 64-bit Zen-Fire issues only impacted Non-US Zen-Fire accounts. Please see the following thread which details the issues:

If you are using NT V7.0.1000.2, you should be able to enable the 64-bit adapter by going to Tools--> Account Connections--> Highlight your Zen-Fire connection and select "Change"

From the account connection options, make sure to check the "3.X API" option.

If on NT V7.0.1000.3, the 64-bit adapter should come preconfigured.
