Thank you for your post.
Can you please clarify which data provider you are using, and also can you please clarify the interval of the chart you are viewing, and the version of NinjaTrader, which you can find in the Help > About menu of the Control Center.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:- Tools
- Options
- Data tab
- Reset Instruments
- Restart NinjaTrader
- Remove 6B and 6E From your Default list and put it back in
- Open a new chart with the Session Template set to "Default 24/7"
If the issue persists please answer the following questions so I may further assist:- What exact version of NinjaTrader do you currently have installed which can be found under Help-->About.
- Are you showing as connected in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center?
- Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center?
- Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?
- When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out?
- What expiry month are you attempting to load?
