Tradestation to NT to IB

Hello,
I'm about to buy the NT license key. Because I'm running tradestation to NT then onto IB does that mean I should be buying the multi broker or can I get away with the single broker because I'm just running to IB?

Hi P,

This configuration requires a single broker license. You setup only the IB connection within NinjaTrader and the TradeStation link takes place outside.

"unable to subscribe to market data: please assign an additional exchange to this instrument in the Instrument manager BDD default."

I keep getting this message with the live NT hooked up to my IB, it's all the stocks that are in my portfolio. Is there a way I don't have to go through all these stocks and change them individually?

You can define the exchange setting in the instrument manager. Please see here for help editing instruments in the instrument manager:

It's also possible to add this on the fly by typing on the chart:
SymbolName Exchange + Enter

Example:
MSFT NASDAQ will add the NASDAQ exchange to symbol MSFT.
