data for 24/7 but no data for CME US Index Futures RTH

Hello,

how is it possible that I have data on 5 min YM chart 24 /7 but have no data on 5min YM chart CME US Index Futures RTH ? Data Feed is Kinetick.

Kittyan, please look at the date range selected - there is simply no RTH data yet for this range - it would start populating live starting 9:30 EST then at the open of the US markets...

Hello,

please take a look at rth_2.png. I can see data for 06-11 even on 3/7. I understand this is not RTH for Ym 06/11, but this is not the question.

Question is to have a continous graph from YM 03/11 RTH into YM 06/11 RTH and 3/9/2011 is missing on 06/11 RTH even though I have it on 03/11 RTH whats more I have it on 06/11 24/7 session.

Same issue.

I am also having the same problem but on the ES futures. When I switch to 24/7 I see the 3/9/11 day session data fine. I then switch back to the Index Futures RTH and only see up to 3/8/11, the 3/9/11 data is missing.

Guys, thanks for reporting in - I could see it now here as well - we will look into it.

Please use the ETH or Default templates for now - with those I don't see any issues here in my testing so far.

thanks for the tip, but trading system is made for RTH session so changing to ETH and getting through 9+ years would be beyond my daily ( even mothly ) routine, so waiting for the real working RTH template hoping you can get it work ASAP.

If you know any trick to get RTH work please let us know. I would happily miss waiting till next update.

Unfortunately I would not have another real workaround for now - unless you would be ok with using a rollover date / starting date of the 06-11 contract of yesterday, I just adjusted my rolldate on the 06-11 YM contract in my Instrument Manager and reloaded the charts then > the RTH sessions would all show and you would be ready for today's open.

Thanks for the tip, not really working. I receive some missing intraday bars and I cannot make the YM 06-11 look like YM ##-## even with playing offset/date values (the price value varies from YM ##-## ).

I think you are monitoring what happens, but made a pic of today opening for you.
Left side is YM 03-11 3/10, right side is YM 06-11 3/9 ?!?!? So date is confused too.

According to our findings and tests, if you now create the regular YM 06-11 RTH chart with today set as the rollover date for the June contract it should work fine, this issue was contained to requesting this chart before the US market open, it will of course nonetheless be investigated closely and fixed for the next NT7 update.
