EOD Chart data doesn,t look right

For most of you who have been using NT7 for a while, will know the answer to this. I have just started so don,t know. I have attached a daily chart which just does not look like most daily charts I have seen. Can some one illuminate me please.? Also I take it that despite asking for 365 days of data the chart only goes back to 22 july 2010, part of the same thing?
Version 7.1000.2. Zenfire.Kinetick. clock synchronized. Spain Time. GMT+1.
Hstorical data. Merge Back Adjusted. Ticked.
    Anything else?

    Hello dee50,

    Thank you for your post.

In what order are you connecting to Zen-Fire and Kinetick? Please note that Zen-Fire does not offer Daily data.

Please disconnect from Zen-Fire, then connect to Kinetick End of Day (Free) from under the File--> Connect menu to ensure this is your primary connection.

Then right click on your chart and select "Reload all historical data" and tell me if that data backfills correctly.

Zenfire was my first connection. I changed and reloaded and now the chart looks right, but still only getting the lookback until july 2010

        dee50,

You should be able to get a few years of data for the 6E on the Kinetick free connection.

Can you please change the Load data based on to "custom range" and set the start date to "11/3/2005" and the end data to "11/3/2011"

Please make sure to right click on the chart and select 'reload all historical data'

Ok did that and the entire data range loaded. I then reset the lookback to 365 days and got only up till july 2010.

Mind you that will do. If using custom range does the job, that is fine.

            Many thanks.
