    Daylight Savings Time

Ok, I must be missing a setting somewhere. All my 24 hr. charts are moving fine. The RTH chart are not moving. What am I missing?

    Hi ghoti,

    Thank you for your post.

Which instrument are you charting and which specific ETH template is being used?

      Kyle,

I'm looking at ES 06-11. Tried a new chart - 3 min. using the CME US Index Futures RTH template. My 24 hr charts use the Default 24/7 template. I went through the steps in the "Sticky" above... and no go.

      ghoti

p.s. My PC time is correct.

        ghoti,

Please right click in one of the ETH charts and select Data Series - what date is the Last Date property set to?

          Kyle,

Don't see a Last Date property. I see an End Date property and it's set to 3/14/2011.

            Hi ghoti,

Sorry for the confusion - that was a typo on my part. End Date was what I was looking for.

Can you provide me with an image of your chart?

              Kyle,

You didn't say which one. So, I included both. The one on the left is 24/7 and is updating correctly. The one on the right is a new 3 min chart set to the template I mentioned above. It's not updating.

              ghoti

p.s. I waited until 10:30 EDT to post this... It's now updating as I expected... so, it appears to be a TZ problem. The screen shot is <10:30 though.

                Hi ghoti,

Can you clarify for me what you mean by a 'TZ problem'?

                    ghoti,

                    Thanks for the clarification.

1.) Which timezone are you in?

2.) Which operating system are you using?

                        Hi ghoti,

Please shut down NinjaTrader and sync your PC's clock, next restart NinjaTrader and check to see if things are working correctly.

You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

                          Kyle,

Shut down NT. Did a time sync. Restarted NT. Opened a new 3 min chart. Same problem. Data starts at 10:30 not 9:30 like it should. Did a restore historical data. No change.
