indicator not showing

Hello

At 17:00 hr today a strategy I have running on the YM ## ## 60 minute chart indicated to enter a long trade, as is witnessed in the log. However, no indicator appeared on the chart?

Would appreciate your assistance and guidance.

What do you mean by indicator? Plotted execution? If yes, please check the Chart Properties (double click in the chart canvas) and check your "Plot executions" property and make sure it is not set to "DoNotPlot".

Thanks for your response. Plot executions is set to TextAndMarker and for the record, previous 'executions' have displayed. This is an unique occurrence where a log of the 'execution' is recorded but it has not been reflected on the chart??

what time did you enter the strategy into the chart ??? was it at 5:00pm? Also, did the entry price in the log correspond to the price on the chart at that particular time ??

The strategy had been running since 06:30 and the price in the log does correspond to the price on the chart at 17:00.??

Would it assist to attach the day's log to an email away from the forum?

I take it the strategy is no longer running correct?

- Please check that the execution does exist in the 'Executions' tab of the Control Center window
- Open a 1 minute time frame chart and ensure its set to display executions
- Does the execution show up on this chart?

The strategy is no longer running. There is no record of an execution under the executions tab?? This is completely blank.

It does not appear on a 1 minute chart but then the strategy is designed around a 60 minute time frame so I would not expect it to be reflected???

Your strategy may have generated an order but it did not fill. The execution tab would show an executions generated in real-time to a live brokerage account or a simulation account such as Sim101. This is why there is nothing showing up in your chart.
