    Missing Data W Zen Fire

    Hello guys. I've been having all kinds of trouble this morning with Zen Fire. I didn't fire up the computer until around 11 am EST. Logging on took an extremely long time. In fact, a couple of times NT hung and I had to restart. When I finally was able to connect I noticed that data was missing since late afternoon yesterday until the time I turned on the computer this morning.

    The "reload all historical data" option was grayed out so I followed the procedure for removing, repairing and recreating the connection. I did this twice but still the data is missing and that option is still grayed out. Help!

      Hi Everyone,

      Unfortunately, the NinjaTrader historical data server crashed this morning. The server is coming back up right now, so historical data should be available in the next 5-10 minutes.

      You will need to restart after 5-10 minutes, then reconnect and historical data should once again be available. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

        problem isnt fixed yet, especially in FDAX, NQ, YM and 6A.

          Hi Everyone,

          I've been informed that 40 minutes of data on all markets will be missing from the NinjaTrader servers. That said, data should be available at least for the most part.

          I'd recommend restarting the PC and reconnecting - data outside of those 40 minutes should be loading.

            Same thing again today? I am missing data from 11:05 to 11:40.

              Are you referring to today's data from this timeframe or yesterdays?
              Yesterday's data is still not available on the NinjaTrader data server.

                  Based on my testing, data should be available on the server. Please right click in your chart and select the 'Reload All Historical Data' option.

                      Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

                      In the message, please include the following:

                      1.) A link to this forum thread.

                      2.) Your most current trace file.
                      You'll find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
                      Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20110317.txt'.
