Problems with graph

Hello,

After the reinstallation of Ninjatrader, I cant open any graph. To specify it, I can open it, but I dont see any prices there, only the two lines down and on the left side. I tried to connect via Kinetick and ZenFire, but without success. Does anyone know, how to solve this problem?

Thank you for your post.

Please try resetting your instruments and restarting NinjaTrader.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


If you continue to experience issues, can you please tell me exactly which instruments you are trying to load? Do you get any errors on screen? Any errors on the Log of the Control Center? If so what do these errors report?

Do you get live data do these instruments from the Orders tab of the Control Center?

I did reset the instruments, but without success. I try to open the 5min NQ graph. I dont experience any errors, but when I open that NG graph, there no graph displayed, just the white place.

Btw Im using NT v.7

Please also attach your most current log and trace files.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named ‘log.20110317.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named ‘trace.20110317.txt’

Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.
