CQG error

    CQG error

    Now I get this error message: "Disconnect enforced due to undesired CQG API state. Please contact NinjaTrader support for further instructions." Now what's going on?
    I am with CQG data feed, using NT7 R4.

    Seems like Kinetick & Zenfire also have connection issues right now.

    Ninja is dead in the water for me today.

      Hello dkelly,

      Unfortunately there was an issue with CQG yesterday which caused the error message you mention. Historical data was not recorded on the historical data server as well. The issue is solved - you can connect to the historical data server again.

      However, unfortunately there will be a gap between 8:23 PM EDT yesterday - 2:10 AM EDT today in charts. You will load historical data starting 2:10 AM EDT up to the current time.

      @DionysusToast, I am able to connect to both connectivity providers you mention. Can you please tell me what happens when you try to connect to these connectivity providers - do you perhaps receive an error message?
