Connecting to Tradestation Data Feed...What am I missing?

I tried this in the past & trying this again now. Due to a lot of positive note I have heard about NT 7, I would like to try it out.

I'm running TradeStation 9.0, & NT 7 R4
I am trying to chart NYMEX Crude Oil on NT (Feed from TS)

I set up everything according to http://www.ninjatrader.com/Connectio...tion-Guide.php

No issues, I connected to External Data Feed in NT, & says connected

On TradeStation I tried charting @CL (Continious contract), CLK11, Daily chat, 5 min, 1 min...different options.

Now I did File -> New -> Chart & tried to plat CL 05-10 Nothing displays, I have been trying all different options. Am I missing something?

The scaling is not correct either...
Please help.

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums!

If you are loading the continous futures @CL from TradeStation, please ensure the External Data Feed mapping reflects this.

Please go to Tools--> Instrument Manager--> locate the "CL" instrument and select "edit".

Then click on the "Misc" tab and ensure the External row says "@CL" (no quotes).

Then reconnect to the External Data Feed and test to see if you are getting live data to NinjaTrader from the orders tab of the Control Center.

Note that you will not receive historical data from TradeStation until you have imported it into NinjaTrader. Please see our Help Guide article on 'How to import historical data from TradeStation' - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...?importing.htm

Can you please try loading the CL 04-11 contract in NinjaTrader and let me know if you see live data from there.

Matthew, I tried this out with no success. Ouch to my issues.
I can get you a remote desktop connection to my computer, would you be able to connect through it & rectify this issue for me?
Like you can see, I'm Desperate!
