Connecting with Tradestationg 4.0 (Interactive brokers)

When I'm connecting with NT 6.5 or 7.0 to Tradestation4 of IB (ver 915/916 both tried),
the SuperDOM is not displaying and not able to place trades through SuperDom.

How can I solve this problem? Thanks!

Hi,

Please uninstall your TWS and install TWS 911 from our website. In addition, make sure to follow the instructions for creating an account connection on the same page as well.

Let us know if downgrading your TWS solves the issue.

First, tried 911.3 which I started first with the link provided, it did not show SuperDOM and that’s why I moved on to try 915/916.

To answer your questions
1. It showed connected in the left hand corner
2. It was definitely receiving order data, as I tried placing a trade which went through
3. There was no error msg in the log tab
4. I was attempting to load ES with expirary 06-11
5. I was using Dynamic SuperDOM.

The problem: Dynamic SuperDOM not working despite the notes above... Please help!

You need to have TWS 911 installed as this is the only official supported version. Please install it from our website. Then follow the instructions one more time to create the account connection for IB. You might want to remove your existing one first. After recreating please restart the software and close TWS. Then connect and see if TWS 911 opens up automatically. If it does, bring up a SuperDOM and select the ES 06-11. Then see if data is coming in.

How downgrade to TWS 911

Good Morning,
I have installed Version 4.0 Built 917.5
I need to downgrade to 911.3 but I can´t find that version in TWS web page.
Can you help me?
