Trouble placing TF trades on my trading dome, when the ES is fine.

I can place futures ES trades on my trading dome, no problem at all but when I change my trading dome to the TF ,the prices on the dome flicker up ,then down, making it impossible to place trades.

I`ve already uninstalled my AMP connection, then reinstalled it again but this makes no difference.I connect with zenfire.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cant trade the TF ,the way my dome is.

    Hello

    Thank you for your post.

I am having difficulty recreating this issue. Can you provide some clarification as to what this ‘flickering’ – are price values disappearing or would you describe it another way?

Have you experienced this with any other instruments besides TF?

      Hi Chip,
      Thank you for your reply.

By flickering,I mean, the price instead of gradually going up or going down,as per normal, ,the price darts up,then down, then up making it impossible to trade. Also no contracts are displayed on either buy or sell side of the dome. This only happens on the TF.

We thought it may have been not getting second feed data, but have no idea how to correct it.

        Hello,

What data feed providers are you connected too and in what order when you say backup data feed?

Also, If you open a chart of the TF does this also happen?

Finally what expiry are you using for the TF?

I look forward to assisting you further.

          Hi,
Instrument on TF goes to 06-11 .No issues at all with the ES.

            Hello,

I'm going to recommend you reset your isntrument list as it seems specific to the TF.

You can reset the instrument manager following the instructions below.
Disconnect from your connection by going to Control Center->File->Disconnect->(Your Active Connection).
Then in the Control Center->Tools->Options->Misc Tab.
You will see the reset instruments button in that tab. Click on that and then restart NinjaTrader after it has finished resetting the instrument manager.
Once you restart NinjaTrader go back to the Instrument manager found in the Control Panel->Tools->Instrument Manager, and re add the TF to the default list by using the left arrow button.

I look forward to assisting you further.
