Import Historical Data Problem
I've been importing historical data from disktrading.com with no issues at first, until now. I'm trying to import EURGBP files currently and it starts out going good, but then stops and just says ninjatrader needs to shutdown, that's it. It also recommends sending an email to support through the program with the trace files attached, but that doesn't work either, seems fitting. What's wrong?Tags: None

Thank you for your post.
Please send your Log & Trace files for the date this occurred.
From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”
Please also make sure to include a reference to this forum thread.ChipNinjaTrader Customer Service

Then please send us your Log & Trace files for today.
You can find these in your My Documents folder in the folders:
1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt
Make sure to attach these text (.txt) files to your email and send to support AT NinjaTrader Dot com
