Bad data
When I attempt to view two charts, for example 1 for Dec. Corn and 1 for Sept. Corn, they both show the identical data. I am using DTN as my connection, and looking at the data with in DTN, they are different for each month. Why am I unable to chart the data properly within Ninja?Tags: None

Hi RobertD,
When using the Merge Back Adjusted feature you can automatically merge the historical data from previous front-months into the current one and so the the historical data for each contract would be the same except during the actual trading times of those contracts you cited.
If you change your Merge Policy to Do Not Merge and then reload the Historical data by right-clicking on the chart and then selecting Reload Historical Data.
Then you should see the historical data for only the front-month you are charting, and with IQFeed if you wish to view merged historical data you can view the ZC contract with a front month of ##-##, which would be fully represented in NinjaTrader as ZC ##-##, where the pound signs represent a continuous contract with IQFeed.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service
