Switched Timezones & Now Historical Data is Wrong

    Hi,

I'm in the Eastern Time Zone. I switched the time zone on my computer to the Pacific time zone and now when I pull up a chart, the chart data for the ^TRIN is incorrect. I am using Kinetick as my data provider.

As an example, the chart is showing that the 6:45 am pst (9:45 am est) closing price of the ^TRIN as 1.02. The correct value of the ^TRIN for 6:35 am pst should be 0.65

        Hello

After you changed your PC clock, did you restart your PC?

Is this the Free end of day Kinetick or the real-time Kinetick data feed?

What interval chart are you using?

Are you getting incorrect data with any other instruments?

          Yes. I rebooted the computer

          This is real-time Kinetick feed.

What interval chart are you using?

          1-minute chart

Everything seems to work fine with stocks. I haven't checked any other instruments besides stocks but it appears to work fine with stocks but not with the TRIN.

            Hello,

This is very strange. Finally, Can you please send a screenshot of your chart and time on your PC. To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I look forward to assisting you further.
