Accounts Lost After Upgrade

I upgraded to version 4 today and noticed when pulling up chart trader that neither my live account number or sim account number show up in the drop down box. It's blank. What to do?

Can you please confirm your connection is showing as fully connected in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center. If you are showing as connected can you tell me if your accounts show up under the Accounts tab of the Control Center.
