Historical tick import OK but Charts are empty

Dear guys,

I am struggling with the following problem. I have historical TF ZenFire tick data spanning from Dec, 2008 to June, 2010 that I import. Hence I

1/ add the TF ##-## instrument to my Instrument Manager.
2/ Rename the text file to TF ##-##.Last.txt as the data represent completed trades.
3/ Tools->Historical Data Manager, select the appropriate values -> Start Import.
4/ Everything gets imported properly. I receive an "OK" message and I can inspect the imported data in the "Edit" tab of the same Menu. The included snapshot shows this.


Now I try to make a new chart. Hence I go
5/ File->New->Chart, select the variables according to the second snapshot and click OK.
The "End date" field is well into the data and Days to Load is small so the whole range of days should be well within the historical data.
6/ The Chart is empty.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

I'm receiving real time data from patsystems and IB, and historical data are OK in NT historical data manager. But the chart is blank. Any idea?

I'm trying to chart STW (MSCI Taiwan) traded on SGX. I've imported historical tick data to NT7 successfully. When I open any chart (1min, 5min, 15mins), it doesn't show the historical data.. But NT7 charts real time data. I set my session template to "Default 24/7"

Please provide an image of both the chart and the data manager.
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and upload the file as an attachment.

Here you go... The chart disappears again whenever I change instrument. But it doesn't happen to other instrument i.e. ES or FDAX.

Sorry, Could I get you to collapse the minute and tick areas and provide another HDM image so I can see the instrument?
