    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:
    • Tools
    • Options
    • Data tab
    • Reset Instruments
    • Restart NinjaTrader

After restarting NinjaTrader please remove the instruments from your Default instrument list and add them back in.

Next please open a new chart and let me know if the issue persists.

          Has this been solved?

I also continue to get Hdr: 400 HISTBACKFILL and loading chart errors. Why is this happening? Should I be cautious about the resulting chart due to these errors?

I've sent Chris the log and trace files.

Our development team has forwarded the information to TD Ameritrade for further investigation. I will follow up as soon as I gather additional information.

            Thank you for your patience.

Yes. Still getting it. I had shutdown NT and restarted today.

Tested some more. It happens mostly on the ^SP500, ^COMP, and ^DJIA indexes daily chart.

Can you please forward me a screen shot of all the parameters being used when creating your $INDU chart.

Please send this screen shot to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

2.) Screen shot of your parameter window

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

                        Hello,

There appears to be an issue with daily data that TDA will be correcting in a future release. In the meantime until this has been addressed to load Daily data please connect to the Kinetick End of Day (Free) connection first within NinjaTrader and TDA second.

If you would like to load Minute data for these instruments please set "Load data based on" to bars and "Bars to load" to 1.
