Show realized PnL when Flat

I have the "Show realized PnL when Flat" option set to true, but most of the time it shows 0.00 after trades have completed rather than the realized PnL. It does show the in-trade PnL fine. I'm using Nt 7. My connection is to Interactive Brokers with IQFeed for data.
Any thoughts on what I can try to correct this?

Within IB's TWS application can you please go to Help > About and please clarify the build of TWS you are presently using.

Also, can you please clarify which account you are viewing in the SuperDOM, and if this issue persists with both the sim101 account and any IB accounts.

I'm using the latest TWS build, but this has been happening through the last several builds that I've installed.
I don't use the DOM at all, I trade completely through the charts.
As per your suggestion, I checked and "Show Realized PnL when Flat" does appear when trading through the Sim1010 account. It also appears when trading in my new PFGBest account. It doesn't appear in any of my Interactive Brokers accounts, live or sim.

Within TWS can you please go to Help > About and please clarify the build of TWS you are presently using since with the IB live accounts the realized PnL should be visible based on the description at the following link:
