can't get CME futures chart working with interactive brokers data and NinjaTrader7

    can't get euro fx future data

    I tried to load EUR/USD fx future with 6E ticker symbol helping instrument manager, but doesn't work.
    I use: Ninja Trader 7.0.1000.9 and TWS 921.5.
    Operating system:Microsoft Windows XP Professional
    I've attached trace, and log file might helps you


    The new workspace not solve the issue.


    I appreciate any info or input regarding EUR/USD fx future chart for Ninja Trader 7 and Interactive brokers combo.

      The Globex Futures have stopped trading as of 12:15 CT today for the holiday. You can find additional information at the following link: http://www.cmegroup.com/tools-inform...th-of-july.pdf

      In addition, we generally have our users submit their log and trace files privately to us via support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com as the files can contain sensitive information that you may not want public.

      We will be removing your trace and log files from this thread shortly.
