    Current Day's Data is Missing

    Hello,

    I see data for 4/21/11 ending at 17:00. On NT6.5 I would just right click the chart, select (something like) "Reload Chart Data" and then select the current date (4/22/11) to correct the problem. I'm currently using NT7 and I'm not familiar with how to correct this problem on NT7. Can someone please assist.

    Hello RookieTrader,

    Reloading the historical data should call the most current data if you're having issues.

    Please review our Help Guide article on 'When does NinjaTrader load historical data?'



    Can you please clarify if you were asking this in general, or are you currently trying to resolve a data issue? Please note that the US markets are closed today due to the holiday weekend and it is expected to not receive data for today.

    Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

      I changed my email and having issues getting correspondence, so I didn't realize the markets were closed today and so I guess there's really no problem. Thanks for the info.
