    Incorrect month when rollover

    I am trying to merge MPO contract (eSignal code for palm oil futures) rolling from June 2011 contract into July 2011, merge policy set to "merge backadjusted", rollover date 18-April-2011 (3 months forward). However, the displayed chart is still showing June contract, anyone knows how to correct this?

    If I set policy to "do not merge", the correct July chart is displayed but without the historical data that I need.

    Thank you for your note.

    We will need to test this item from our Support Desk. From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”

    Please also make sure to include a reference to this forum thread.

      I tried to email support but this message is preventing me from sending it:

      "Failed to send mail. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 64.38.21.160:25". What gives?

        Hello Kemin,

        In that case, please send me your log & trace files for one of the effected dates using regular email to our Support Desk.

        You can find these in your (My) Documents folder in the folders:
        1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
        2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt

        Just attach these text (.txt) files to your email/response to Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com

        Please also make sure to include a reference to this forum thread.

          I had sent in the required data and even my eSignal username and password to Support for testing, wonder when this issue can be resolved? I never had this problem with NT6.5 when merging data.
