I have 10year 1minute data that I bought that I can upload to use for backtesting. I would really like to be able to use something like market replay to play it back so that I can trade it descrestionary. I don't need level 2 or anything else, just charts, simulated trading and a speed button. Is this possible? Am I missing something? Responses are most appreciated

Market Replay with minute data?
This may be a very stupid/silly question but I would really like to know it's answer.

Hello MoneyChangesEverything,
Unfortunately not, Market Replay data is not the same as historical data you manually import. You can import historical data as per the instructions at the link below.
The text file needs to use a certain data format and the instrument has to exist in the Instrument Manager before the import.
Subsequently you can create charts or backtest strategies in the Strategy Analyzer using the historical data you imported.
As per Market Replay data, you can record and download it. Please see the following link for more information.
