    Freeze

    Hi there,

    Over the last 10 days or so I've started getting a lot of freeze ups. I only run two workspaces with three charts in each. I also get an error every time I shut down NT but sadly I can't snap a pic of it because it only stays on the screen for about two seconds, something about "NT has encountered an error and need to shut down etc",

    Any advice?

    Hello Sad Planet,

    Can you please send in your trace file so we can see what type of messages you are getting? Easiest way is with Help > Mail to support feature but you can also attach manually to support 'at' ninjatrader 'dot' com.


    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    * The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’

    In the subject write Attn: RyanM 474256 so we can associate the file sent with this thread.
