    login failed

    Hi
    I have internet connection and Kinetick connection but cannot log on to Zenfire message states: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connections. I've researched the forum I've done all I can do on my end, reestablished new connection turnoff firewall and antivirus, etc.

    downloaded NT7
    >acct connections does not List Zen fire as a connection option..what do I need do please ?

      Thank you for your post.

      The error message you get, "Login Failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection" indicates incorrect information may have been entered in the connection, or that the connection is blocked by other software (firewall, anti-virus, etc.). For example, if you are using Norton, you will need to add NinjaTrader to the exceptions list.

      At this point, please restart your NinjaTrader application.

      If the issue persists, you will need to search your PC for any software that could be blocking the connection, disable these until connection can be made.

        It may be that your NinjaTrader license key is not enabled for this connection. Please send an email to support AT NinjaTrader DOT com

          failed login

          Failed login has nothing to do with my firewall or antivirus software so i need another solution my NT6.5 will log me on and i am connected to the internet just fine. I have been using NT7 for sometime now.
