Simple request, shouldn't take long :-)

    Hello,

    Thanks for the forum post.

I will forward it to development for their consideration. I will get a tracking number and post it once they confirm they have received it.

    Thanks for your patience.

No follow up post. Sadly this is how paying customers are treated...

        Hello symphys,

Sorry for the lack of update. Brett is out this week, but I'm sure that this was an honest mistake.

In any case, the suggestion was forwarded to development and assigned number 1051 in our internal tracking system.

            Hello,

Unfortunately there is no update to if or when this suggestion tracking ID will be added at this time. We have many suggestions on our list and we are reviewing all of them for feasibility and adding them in as we are able to do so. A lot of these suggestions are making it into our next major release of the software which is still sometime down the road however.

            Thank You.

Add SORT routine to Output Window

                Hello,

Here is another wish list item. Can you give us the feature to SORT the Output window entries?

Currently output is added with the new statement placed under the old statement.

Can we have a (CTRL-S) key so we can sort the output either in ascending or descending order?

I want to see the latest statement at the top of the Output window, not have to search the bottom for each new statement.

Another way to do this is provide a global setting under "Options" tab to control how the statements are sent to the Output window. Either latest statement at the top, or bottom.

Can you send this one to development?

                  rcsingleton,

Unfortunately the output window is a simple notepad style output and has no data parsing. You could use the Log tab to accomplish this as it has built in parsing of the log file into cells. You can use the Log() method to output to the log and will be able to sort by several categories. For more information, please see the following link.

Please let me know if I may assist further.
