Zen-fire CL frozen

Live data has stopped for CL 6-11 with Zen-fire as of 12:06:05 EST.

Edit: It has started again as of 12:11:05 EST. Can someone from Ninja confirm that this was not just a problem on my end?

Thank you for your post.

I am not experiencing the same behavior on a Zen-Fire connection.

If further issues, please tell me what happens when you right click on the chart and select 'reload all historical data'?

Are you getting live data for any other instruments? Do you get live data from a Time and Sales window under File--> New--> Time and Sales?

Are you getting any errors on screen or from the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Thanks for reporting guys. After further investigation, I am see a gap in data for CL 06-11.

Radical, who is your broker? I'm at Velocity.

The DOM was out, T&S out, charts not updating, then it came back on and there are minute bars missing from my chart. After reloading historical data, they are still missing so the NT servers have the same gaps at the very least.

Oye, why can't these problems happen at a time other than the biggest volume and in the middle of a huge move?

There are issues from multiple providers.

We are hearing reports that there were issues with the CME for this period.

Will are looking into this further. Please let us know if there is anything you wish to add.

This was a CME issue, they changed the limit on CL and this was what the outage was about.

At 11:06 CT / 12:06 ET NYMEX June RBOB Gasoline traded at the Daily Price Limit. NYMEX circuit breakers for Globex are in effect. The Crude Oil, Heating Oil and RBOB Gasoline futures and options markets are currently halted and daily price limits are being expanded at this time. At 11:11 CT / 12:11 ET the Crude Oil, Heating Oil and RBOB Gasoline futures and options markets will re-open on Globex with daily price limits expanded to 200 percent.
