Ninjatrader Data Server Does Not Support This Instrument

I'm currently with Velocity Futures using Ninjatrader with Trading Technologies

Whenever I try to create a CL (Crude) chart, it errors with, "Error on loading chart adata for CL 06-11 Globex: Ninjatrader data server does not support this instrument, no data available.

I get a similar message for HG (Copper), GC (Gold), and probably some other symbols that I don't chart.

My charting DOES work for 6E (Euro Currency), ES (S&P 500), and ZB (30yr Bonds)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments.

Restart NinjaTrader and the error message should not persist.

OK, I see where this problem stems from. Historically (example NT5), I had to check the GLOBEX exchange if I wanted to execute contracts such as CL, HG, etc. Now it seems that the exchange setting works properly.

I removed all my user-modified GLOBEX contracts and put in the default. Works beautifully! Thank you.
