    windows not showing up on load(7.0.1000.5)

    i have installed the latest version(7.0.1000.5) and now my windows wont load.. i get the loading screen and the logon sound, but nothing shows up..

      is there something happening on your guys end or is it with the .5 release? im not sure i feel 100% about giving remote access to my PC.. if there is something i can do on my own, im open to suggestions..

        Hello,

        It sounds like a case of not being able to connect to your data feed provider. Might suggest you delete the My Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Config.xml.

        This would require a new connection and license key after this is deleted and is less then ideal. However if we are unable to login to the PC to edit the config file then this is the only option that will work besides a fresh clean install of NinjaTrader if we are not able to assist via remote.

                      Hello,

                      There is something that I'm looking into with this. Please email me at support at any regard I don't need to speak to you on the phone or remote into the PC if your not comfortable with that,I would need you to send me 3 files via email. I will let you know what these 3 files are via email.
