Data Box not appearing

version 7 on a Win 7 pro 64 Bit PC. 8 monitors. on LCD # 1; lower left corner, I right click and enable data box with check mark, data box does not appear on the LCD. IT does, however, appear minimized on LCD #1 taskbar. When I mouseover the minimized data box, it appears directly above the taskbar as a thumbnail only. I have the option to move or close the data box window only. Options to minimize or maximize are both greyed out.

Data Box functions correctly on all other LCD's.

Please try the following to move the Data Box to an active display

• Right click on the Data Box icon from the Windows Task Bar
• Select "Move"
• Press the "Up arrow" key on your keyboard to attach this window to your cursor
• Without clicking, move your mouse until the window and cursor are in view.

That fixed it, thanks! How did that start to occur in the first place?

Glad to hear that did it.

It would be hard to say, but this can occur when using multiple monitors, especially if you have recently made any changes to the arrangement or the number of active monitors.

Depending on your video card, it may be possible to configure your display settings to 'prevent windows from opening off screen'. However, I would not be able to give you precise instructions on this setup.
