    Hi

    Why is the connection box saying connected and green but no pricing info is coming no bid/ask/last in any window. CQG NT7.5

    I'm not quite sure why that would be. Taking a step back, which instrument(s) are you attempting to access?

        In that case, let's just pick an instrument to work with - how about ES 06-11?

        Please attempt to load ES 06-11 in a chart. Do you receive an error? If so, what does the error report?

          if i disconnect and reconnect
          sometimes i get an immediate disconnect or message "no response from SecBuf'

              works after some manual disconnects and reconnects strange
              consider it resolved for now

                This just happened to me on NT7 ZenFire never happened on 6.5.
                Market data just stopped for ES everything else running fine other instruments but for ES even after reloading additional charts there was no price feed like it was dead.
                Very bad.

                Then trying to post this I get told my post is to short it needs to be 10 characters yet clearly its more

                    Its back but the fact it can drop like that(the bid/ask) and the connection is still connected getting a feed for others is very dangerous and it wasnt just a matter of reloading charts I tried opening new ones with diff timeframes it the ES feed was dead.
                    Then poof it just comes back.

                      Glad to hear that the data is back at this point. Are you seeing any errors in the log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do those errors report?

                        Im using 1000.2 I don't have time now to get 1000.5 because it takes a lot to install everything indicators workspace etc.
                        Is 1000.2 stable?

                          There are no known issues with the .2 release, but be aware that you will need to upgrade prior to June 3rd if you're trading any CME products. Of course, we recommend that you always use only the most current release of NinjaTrader to ensure that you're taking full advantage of any improvements or fixes which were added.

                            Thre was some diconnects early around 2 hours before ES open but small ones they seemed to stop.
                            But when it did this there was nothing in the log other than the orders I was doing on other instruments.
                            Was getting some of these hours before.

                              Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

                              In the message, please include the following:
                              1.) A link to this forum thread.

                              2.) Your most current log and trace files:

                              You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
                              • The log file will be named 'log.YYYYMMDD.txt'

                              You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
                              • The trace file will be named 'trace.YYYYMMDD.txt'
