    cannot load IB data

    HI NT satff,
    I could not download any IB data at all right now. The connection has no problem. Simply the data download.
    NT version: 7.0.1000.5
    TWS version: build 911.3
    The problem started yesterday with difficulty in downloading. Today simply cannot get any data at all. After connection, it says downloading... and stays in that way.
    Any idea?

    Hi binwang2,

    Thank you for reporting this.

    When testing on my end, things seem to load normally when using NT 7.0.1000.5 and TWS 911.3.

    If you restart NinjaTrader/TWS, does that seem to make any difference?
    Are there any errors in the log tab of the Control Center?

            Hello All,

            We're starting to receive many reports of this from IB users. Reportedly, this is something IB is working to resolve on their end at the moment, but no ETA for the restoration of service is currently available.

            I will update this thread as more information becomes available.

                I am able to get charts through TWS but through the API still not working... I am on latest Ninja and IB TWS and API... So is there still a issue with the API calls, or is it a problem with the version of Ninja?

                  Hi JackOfAllTrades,

                  This is not an issue of NinjaTrader, but something on the IB side. IB informs us that they're currently implementing a fix and expect data to be available for all users no later than tomorrow morning.

                      Futures/Stock charts are loading but Charts for Forex are not loading. This problem started yesterday.

                        Hello all,

                        I just tested loading a minute EURUSD chart while connected to IB and I was able to load all requested historical minute data. It seems the issue has been fixed.

                        Can you please let me know if you still cannot load historical minute data for forex instruments.

                            Workplace won't load. The error message is that instrument (like USDJPY) is not defined.
                            However, by closing all charts and start all over, data are loaded.

                              Does the issue persists if you save the workspace now that you created new charts?
