cannot load IB data

    Yes, the problem still persists.
    No workplace charts can download any data at all. It will either say security definition can not be found or downloading but no data showing up at all.
    All charts have to be closed and start all over again. The improvement over yesterday is that one can start new chart in an empty workplace.

      Can you please upgrade the version of NinjaTrader you are currently using to 7.0.1000.6 from the following link:


      After upgrading you will want to upgrade the version of TWS to 917 from the following link since with the new release we will be supporting a new version of TWS, as well.

        Updated both NT and TWS. Now the workplace can download data without problem. Hope the issue does not come back. Thanks.
