    Live license key not working

    Hi.

    Encountered a problem when putting in a new live license key. The key starts with BA48-C235 ......

    The message I get reads:
    Your license could not be verified and is reset to 'simulation only' mode. .....

    What to do next?

    Hello sandman,


    There are three main reasons why this message appears.
    • Your license is truly invalid. Please send me the entire license key at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this thread.
    • You have incorrectly entered the license key. Please double check to ensure that you have not accidentally entered an incorrect character or have a space at the end of your license key
    • The most common reason is that a firewall on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers. To test this, please disable all firewalls and then restart NinjaTrader and see if it works. If yes, you just need to add ninjatrader.com to the exception list (safe list) for your firewall software

            I figured that you needed to check with someone. I am in Europe which is why I asked. I hope we can get it sorted out fast. Look forward to hearing back from you.

              Hello sandman,

              I have been informed your license key is corrected. Please restart NinjaTrader and re-enter your license key and it should be verified as expected.

                Thank you Jason. I had re-tried it out of the blue once more and it magically worked. Thanks for your assistance.

                I have another question concerning NT and PGFBEST but will put that in another thread.
