    KC chart showing wrong month

    Hi,

    I have automated code running on both KC 07-11 and KC 09-11. This was working fine. For monitoring, I have charts for both up.

    I noticed that the historical data on the chart for KC 09-11 wasn't fully accurate... there was a missing date, so I connected to IQFeed, and then did a "full historical data reload". When the chart redrew itself.. it was for KC 07-11!!

    I closed the chart, opened a new chart for KC 09-11... and it was still obviously KC 07-11. I got into the historical data manager, and double checked... the data for KC 09-11 is fine. It's just that when I request a chart for KC 09-11, it's some how pulling in KC 07-11 instead.

    This is with the newest .6 release.

    Hi heech,

    This can be expected based on your merge settings. If you have merge set at all under tools > options > Data tab, then you can only work with the current front month contract.

    If you want to work with prior or future contract months, you can set merge policy to DoNotMerge.
