Interactice Brokers: Unable to subsribe to mkt data

This is what I get

it shows my account info but I cannot do anything in NT, However I can still use Esignal.
Please help me.

Hello ctrimble,

You will need to assign the exchange the ARTX instrument is traded on.

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the ARTX in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit.

Checkmark the Nasdaq exchange and click OK.

Remove the ARTX from your instrument list and add it back now that it has been modified. Please use the arrow keys to remove and add it back.

Click Ok in the Instrument Manager.

Subsequently, create a new chart for the ARTX and let me know if the error message persists.

Thanks but for some reason I can only find some stocks..

Unfortunately, I am not sure if I follow. Are you saying that the ATRX is not present in the 'Available master instruments' section of the Instrument Manager?

NinjaTrader comes pre-loaded with most common stocks. However, you can always create custom stock instruments.

The easiest way is to open a chart for a stock you already have. Make sure the chart is the active window on your computer and type in the stock symbol + exchange. Please the link below under 'How to change a Data Series' for more information.

Well I thought I had it all working but It still only adds select stocks.. I cant add emkr for example..nothing shows up when I look for these in the instrument look up

Can you please add the EMKR to your default instrument list.

Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager. Highlight the EMKR and click Edit. Make sure it is setup as the attached screenshots. I have the Default exchange enabled as well which is not visible.

Add the EMKR to your default instrument list.

Create a new chart and select the EMKR from your default instrument list and check if you receive data.
