Can't connect after NT7 upgrade

Hi,

after upgrading from previous version of NT7, i can't connect with CQG demo version data.
Here is some more attached files and information:


Type: SimulationOnly
Machine ID: 37B05E27D2CA300F923A7BF6B709E8F9

Expiration: 11/30/2099

Any suggestion, please? I read similar threads, suggestion was total wipe out and reinstalling (after backing up all files). Not my favorite. The thread was for NT6.

Hi Ludek,

Thanks for the post. Can you please edit your post and remove reference to the license key? It's assigned only to you and should not be public.

To fix the error you can uninstall / reinstall rather than doing an upgrade over the top. This will still preserve your custom settings. Your settings and custom items are only removed if you manually delete the documents\NinjaTrader 7 folder.
