This morning, as I prepare to run my strategy live, I find that I have completely been disconnected from my provider. It is not even listed in my account options. When I try to set up a new account, my user name is now invalid.
There is not one person to talk to about this. In 3 attempts to contact NT, I have never received a response. The only guys who respond quickly are Ryan and Vincent, so I come to you.
