Why do you charge 2 euros for a trial? I've never seen that before. I think you'd get more business if you had a free trial.

it is a question of committment: People who do not want to spend 2 Euro for a trial are just not interested... So no need to spend time on those. In this way I can give better support to the good customers.

That's a very good point, however there is also the other side: Many of those only mildly interested (curious) may end up purchasing a license if they like it.

I'm just researching spreading. I think I can do it with IB's TWS so I'm going to try that. If I find that my idea could be profitable then I will do the trial. How long does the trial last?

trial lasts 1 year, but you can only use the Sim account. IB papertrading account is not supported.

Using the real license you also get source code which allows you to modify the exit strategies or write your own exit strategies.

I tested out my idea using IB's combo trader. I don't think it's possible to spread futures paying retail commissions. Putting this on hold for now.

Is there an option for closing the trade if my PnL goes to a certain negative dollar amount?
Like if my PNL gets to -$75.00 it closes the trade?

Yes, this is called StopLoss. In the example it is set to 1200 $, Just set it to 75 $ and the trade will exit both legs once the unrealized loss reaches 75 $.

is it synthetic spread order entry tool? how do you fill legs? does it send market orders when the synthetic price reaches your spread 'limit' order price?

what if price has moved since? 80 bucks for working spreader it nothing. so a reasonable guess is it doesnt work. why dont you put some video on youtube instead of performing witty banter competition with cunparis?

Sends Market order or limit orders (JoinBidOrAsk), configurable.
SpreadTrader DOM works perfectly.

Looking at my other offers and through my older forum contributions you will see that I have the expertise. Price is 80 Eur/month. Just try the trial (works on Sim account only) . It is 2 Euro only.
( I have decided not to give free trials as I myself am committed to the delivery of outstanding quality. This means more time to serve the paying customers. Therefore I do expect also a minimum committment from potential customers which in this case means a 2 Eur payment for the trial)

so in case of a limit spread order - if price moves on instrument A you move leg A and if B then B? is that so?

have you measured the latency tick-to-order in you software? any solid numbers you can share?
