I have some connection issues which I can use your insight on.
It regards the IB TWS HMDS data farm connection. Every day at 5:55 this connection is broken. Although I do not use it in any strategy (it is Forex data right?) all my running strategies were disabled because of this lost connection.
It is further rather strange as I use Kinetick data as primary feed and TWS as secundary and ordering feed and I can't see that Kinetick was disconnected, but the strategies were disabled at this very same time.
Can you explain the daily connection loss at exact the same time and only on the HMDS data? Is this IB TWS side or mine? Recently I had the same kind connection issues with the overall Kinetick feed. This was solved by bypassing my trading pc for DHCP lease renewel of the router with a fixed IP address what lies outside the DHCP range. All problems were solve, untill this HMDS connection is shown daily and now also deactivates my strategies.
I also tried to mail you from within Ninjatrader, so I could attach the log and trace files, but this errors because of smpt settings and the mail just stalls.
