    MB Trading & Ninja Trader

    Hello, Am new in this forum

    I have a MB Trading account DEMO, but I cant Find the manual user to install this conection. someone have the manual...

    In the Ninja home page http://www.ninjatrader.com/support_MB.htm .. this link dont work..
    please helpme.. i need connect Ninja Trader with MB Trading... to operate FOREX..

    Can explain or send the user manual??? thanks all

      Oh thanks.
      But I hope you can help me.

      1. I have the account demo MB Trading
      2. I have Ninja Trader installed
      3. I had the connection in Ninja Trading (Menu, Tools, Account Connections)

      But, when I go to (Menu, Connect) happened this thinks:

      1. A message window “Login rejected for reason: Invalid username or password”
      2. Immediately appear other window to introduce my Pass. When I go click in OK:
      3. The next message window says: Login Failed MBT Navigator Login failed, please check username/password

      But, my user/pass is correct.

        Hello,

        Do you have MBT Navigator version 11.6.0.0 installed? If not, please make sure to install this from the connection guide.

        Please also check your account connection and select "Load navigator window on connection"

          Oh I see…
          Well I have installed “MBT Desktop Pro”, but I can´t find “MBT Navigator version 11.6.0.0 “
          When I go to “NinjaTrader Connection Guide” I Followed the steps one by one. The Video Toturial says that I need install MBT Navigator from Ninja Trader home page, but I can´t find it.
          "MB Trading Connection Guide” link, is no longer available (http://www.ninjatrader.com/support_MB.htm).

          ¿You can help me? to find this MBT Navigator.

                Unable to connect to MB Trading

                Hi,

                Am new to NT. I've problem connecting to my MB Trading demo account. Half way connecting, always stalled with "Loading account list..." message box (seem to have passed the login phase).

                System Configuration:
                - Ninja Trader version 7.0.1000.6
                - MBT Desktop 11.8 (formerly known as MBT Navigator)
                - Win Vista Home Premium

                PS: Could not install MBT Navigator 11.6 (downloaded from the link provided in the NT forum). It reported insufficient disk space though have tenth of free GB space during installation.

                Please help. Thanks in advance.

                  Follow-up from my problem. I managed to install the MBT Navigator 11.6. However, I still experience the same problem of the stalling with "Loading account list.." message box.

                  Please advise.

                    ckkoh_sgp,

                    Please go to Tools--> Account Connections--> highlight your MBT connection and select "Change".

                    Fromt he MBT connection options, please make sure you have checked "load navigator window on connection" and the finish the wizard.

                    Please let me know if you need further assistance.

                      Hi Matthew,

                      Thanks for your assistance.

                      Managed to resolve the problem. It is caused by inactivation of demo account. It is resolved when I explicitly created demo accounts in my MB Trading account management. Seem like, my initial my registration with the MB Trading (in which I specified intent of demo trade in forex/equity) is insufficient.

                        I am trying to create a connection to MBTrading as well.

                        The problem is that MBTrading does not appear in the list of data providers in NinjaTrader.

                        I rebooted machine: did not help.
                        Upgraded MBT Desktop to version 12.0.0.39: did not help.
                        Launched MBT Desktop, it connects successfully but NinjaTrader still does not see MBTrading as a provider.

                        Any ideas?

                          It sounds like you are not licensed to connect to MBT, or your license has not been verified by our license servers.

                          Please send us an email to sales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include the license key you're using under Help--> License key and we can start working from there.

                            Yes. I used a license from CQG. Changing it to the default NinjaTrader's one fuixed the problem.

                              One more question:

                              When I connect to MBT in NinjaTraderm, certain stocks are not available. I also cannot add them in Instrument Manager.

                              However, when I load MBT Desktop I can see all symbols.

                              Could you help?
