Yes, CQG supports historical minute and tick data.

One broker said that the free version of NINJA 7 does not support historical data
Only the standard version? is that correct?

In other words it depends from what Ninja version I use
NT direct FREE has some limitations and doesn't allow to load historical data

The free version does support historical data - you just need to connect to a data feed provider that supports historical data. CQG supports historical data regardless of what license key you use.

The Direct license has some limitations such as no NinjaScript, ATM strategies, etc. It does not limit the CQG historical data.

Can I pay the full version of NT7 month per month thru my Broker (AMP in this case)
from my trading account?
