Missing Zenfire Data

    Missing Zenfire Data

    When I open NT and connect, I appear to be missing about the last few hours of Zenfire tick and minute data. I've restarted my computer a couple times, but no luck. The following message shows up in my log.

    Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (64.202.118.179/31654); No such host is known

    Hello mrpowerballad,

    Thank you for your post.

    I have tested Zen-Fire on my end with the same error message.

    It could be that the server has been taken down for maintenance.

    I am contacting our IT manager for more information about this downtime.

      The problem seems to be partially resolved now with the exception of a gap in the data from about 9:20 to 10:20 EST.

        Please reload all the historical data in your chart and let me know if the data is still missing.
        • Right click in your chart -> Reload All Historical Data.

          Cameron,

          I restarted NT and reloaded the data and I do still have a gap from about 9:20 to 10:20 PM EST.

          Also, when I first posted, I was missing a few hours of data, but now that I'm only missing one hour, it's not really a big deal for me.

              It seems to be the case for any instrument I pull up -- so far I've seen it on YM, NQ, ES, and 6B.

                I too am seeing this 1 hour gap.

                  Hello Cameron,

                  Same problem at my end in Europe. See attached chart for 6E. I use ZenFire. I already "reloaded historical data", closed NT and reopened it. No change.

                  Your help would be appreciated as the missing data for that hour corrupts the indicators at present.
